What problem does Treefrog solve?

How can this transform the world or our day-to-day lives?
Pain, unfortunately, is a global epidemic and is growing every day. People want pain relief without ingesting something scary or something that could be addictive and cause other ailments while treating another. That’s why I wanted to revamp the ancient rainforest recipe and become a safe and all-natural alternative. Pain knows no boundaries in regard to age.

What is the “Founder story”?
Co-Founder Lisa Kelechava visited Costa Rica for the first time about 13 years ago and fell in love with its clean and healthier lifestyle. Since then, she has spent a lot of time in the country and became drawn to natural products and learned about different remedies for different ailments, including muscular pain. Since the rainforest covers a lot of the surface area, many parts of Costa Rica are remote, mountainous, and complex to navigate. As a result, it is challenging to import raw materials and supplies. Even if you could get supplies into Costa Rica, it is more difficult to access the dense parts of the rainforest. Traditionally, people living in the depths of the rainforest were resourceful and used what they had access to in terms of making medicinal remedies. Treefrog was inspired by one of these ancient rainforest recipes- but we modernized and greatly improved it.
How did you come up with the idea?
I have had some health issues caused by taking harder medications, and became interested in a more natural approach to alternative medicine, and I am finding that a lot of people share the same feelings. I don’t even like to take aspirin.
