4-Ingredient Coconut Cashew Cookies

Ingredients

2 cups cashews, roughly crushed
2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup chocolate chips
½ can condensed coconut milk

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Then, in a large mixing bowl, add cashews, coconut flakes, chocolate chips and condensed coconut milk.
3. Mix well with a spoon. Then potion out onto a baking tray and bake for 10 – 12 minutes.
4. Allow at least 10 – 15 minutes for the cookies to cool and harden before eating.
