Protein Pancakes Recipe

Try out this Protein Pancake Recipe! These pancakes are a perfect, well-balanced meal that will satisfy your taste buds and keep you feeling great.

Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 ripe organic banana
¼ cup hemp seeds
¼ cup organic rolled oats
1 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
1 organic pasture raised egg
½ cup unsweetened plant based milk
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ tbsp Grass fed butter
2 tbsp Pure maple syrup
1 cup Fresh strawberries

Directions

1. Add all ingredients into a Vitamix or high speed blender.
2. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat.
3. When ready to cook, lower the pan to medium heat and lightly coat with grass fed butter.
4. Use an ice cream scoop or deep spoon to evenly pour out batter. Cook each pancake until bubbles start to form, then gently flip and cook for another 2 – 3 minutes.
5. Top with fresh berries and maple syrup and enjoy!
